1. What we collect and why
Your email address and name, to run your account. If you give them, your organisation and intended use; if you registered through our former sign-up form, the network address it was sent from. For each request, a record of which key made it and how large it was, to meter usage and keep the service secure; our load balancer also records the network address and browser identifier it came from. Tables you send are Customer Data under the Terms of Service.
2. How long we keep it
Account details are kept while the account is open and deleted when it is closed, except the account id with the terms version you accepted, a one-way hash of your email address, the usage counts, and a record of the address, which are kept for a limited period to meter usage and to limit how many accounts one address can open. A request made through our former sign-up form is kept as a record of the account it opened. Request records are deleted once they are no longer needed to meter usage and keep the service secure.
3. Sharing and processors
We do not sell personal information or share it with third parties, except where the law requires. Amazon Web Services hosts the service in Seoul. Google LLC provides sign-in with Google and our email, which means your name and email address are transferred to the United States when you use them.
4. Your rights
You can exercise your rights under the Act, including access, correction and deletion, by writing to api@nums.world, and you can close your account from the dashboard.
5. Security and cookies
Data is encrypted in storage and in transit over public networks, and API keys are stored only as hashes. We use only the cookies needed to sign you in, and none for advertising or tracking. We make no automated decisions about you.
